The theme reminds me a bit of Suspicious Man (the live intro in her performances) and Avaholic concept.
I think she did can created this concept. After all she is her own agency. She even produced and wrote lyrics for V.

^ The photobook should include pictures from the beginning of her career to present. That would be cool!
So sad it's possibly never going to happen. :/ btw, was there any concert pamphlet when she had her first proper concert in Japan? I've seen picture of the fan and some kind of mini mirror (?). Hopefully this isn't too much off topic. :D -

I think I saw one on Japan Yahoo Auctions not too long ago. It had a fan, pamphlet and a mirror. I think it was the Beautiful Day concert. I didnt save the picture though and it was kinda expensive to get.
