The movie Juvenile Offender, which Lee Jung Hyun stars, began its shooting.

Lee plays a single mother, Hyo Seung, in the movie. Hyo Seung has a heart of an innocent girl but becomes an offender after seeing her 15-year-old son for the first time and failing to ignore him. She lives day after day lying.

To play her character, Lee watched documentaries about single mothers in and outside the country and even met some of them, listening to and living their lives.

As the shooting takes place in a juvenile corrections center, Lee and all staff have been cautiously preparing for the shooting for a long time. Director Kang Lee Kwan even spent time with the boys at the center for 24 hours to capture realistic views of the center in the camera.

Lee is showing enthusiasm over the film by cancelling all of her activities abroad and schedules set at the end of the year. Juvenile Offender will open during the first half of next year.
