I think it is only the 꽃잎. Because that longer name contains LJH (이정현) name in it. So i assume that 이정현이 부르는 꽃잎 = 'A Petal' Sung By Lee Jung Hyun...well not exactly but something like that wrote in Korean.

You can see that in that art it is like that longer name, but that net page list shows only the shorter version.

Yes that roughly translates as 'a petal sung by lee jung hyun' which is why I asked. I think it's like that on the art for the OST because the songs are all from different artists, they credit each artist to each song.
